Each year students from over 30 different countries attend our summer courses, they are taught and cared for by teachers whose first language is English.

If you wish to enrol a student on one of our courses, then once we have received a completed application form we will confirm availability of places and on receipt of deposit to secure the place (deductable from course fee), we will forward:

  • A certificate of acceptance
  • Joining instructions giving further course details
  • A letter supporting a visa application (if required)

FEES

  • Course A : GBP 2,420
  • Course B : GBP 2,710
  • Course C : GBP 2,045
  • Course D : GBP 2,295

All courses are currently free from VAT (Value Added Tax). In the event of any change we will notify you in writing.

The full fees are due SIX weeks before the course begins and include tuition, full board and residence, London Heathrow Airport transfers on the first day and last day of each course, excursions, use of textbooks, stationery and some laundry. GBP500 of the above course fee is payable upon booking a student in order to secure a place.

Parents are also responsible for all bank charges.

POCKET MONEY
Each student room has its own safe. However, Parents may send pocket money to the College for distribution if they wish. Pocket money cannot be advanced to a student unless funds have been received.  A copy of the bank transfer receipt should be faxed to the College to identify the transfer.  Additional funds should be sent no later than 7 days prior to the end of the course or by same day express transfer.  Pocket money can be arranged by credit card transaction. The administration charge incurred by the College will however, be passed on and this is currently 3.0% of the transaction amount. 

TRAVEL
Students will be met by College representatives at London’s Heathrow Airport on Sunday 4 July (for Courses A and B) and Sunday 1 August (for Courses C and D).

Students will be escorted to London’s Heathrow Airport on Thursday 29 July (for Courses A and B) and Sunday 22 August (for Courses C and D).

Students should try to arrive on the first day of the course and leave on the last day of the course and should seek to reach Heathrow Airport between 08:00 and 18:00 on the days of arrival, and to depart from Heathrow Airport between 09:30 and 17:00 on the days of departure. Arrivals and departures outside these times can be arranged but may incur an extra charge.  The completed travel form and supervision form should be returned as soon as possible.

JULY AND AUGUST
Students attending a July course who wish to remain at College for August will be accommodated on the College campus for the period between the two courses at a cost of GBP25 per night. No lessons will be provided during this period, but an optional excursion may be organised.
