Each week there is a full day excursion to places such as Chester, London (Warwick Catle on same day as London for younger students), Alton Towers, Cardiff, Birmingham, Oxford or Liverpool.  On Wednesday afternoon there is a half day excursion to the local town of Shrewsbury. 

                 

On excursions older students often want to form a group and look around the town/do some shopping without constant supervision by a teacher.  We are usually happy for them to do this provided we have their parents/guardians written permission. 

                 

Please note:-

Teachers will always supervise students on the coach journey to and from the place being visited.
There will always be a teacher available at a meeting point in the place being visited.
We will need a Mobile Phone Number for each student group so that teachers can contact them.
Students will be told that they must stay in a group.
Students will not be allowed to walk around on their own.

The attached form must be completed indicating (for each location), if the student should be supervised at all times by the teacher, or permitted to go about in that location in a group of friends without the teacher (unsupervised).  In the absence of written instructions, we shall assume that the student must be supervised at all times regardless of age.
